About the Role

Safely and skillfully handle a knife to cut raw brisket to desired spec

Follow company policies and procedures as it relates to GMPs, SSOPS, HACCP, and OSHA which ensure food and workplace safety with the highest quality in all aspects of food production

Deal with team members, customers, and public in a professional and courteous manner

Perform additional tasks as requested by a supervisor


  • Cutting experience

  • Punctual - shift is 6:00am - 2:30 pm

  • Ability to be in a cold environment for extended periods of time

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Be in good general health and able to pass a physical

  • Able to work quick and efficiently

  • Minimum of 18 years of age

Monday - Friday

35-45 Hours
